John Casmon is a very busy guy. He is the Co-Founder of Casmon Capital Group, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm, controlling over $18M in real estate holdings. John is also the host of the Target Market Insights Podcast, Organizer for the Midwest Real Estate Summit and serves on the Surge for Water Advisory Board. John started as a marketing executive, for GM, MillerCoors, and SC Johnson and was named one of the “Top Executives in Advertising and Marketing” by Black Enterprise Magazine. He started investing in real estate as supplemental income, and through patience, sacrifice and learning built his company to what it is today.
